Isabella Milburn (nee Atkinson), the wife of Henry lived in 3 Cruddas Terrace in 1871. She was born Isabella Atkinson in 1837/8 and gave her birthplace at various censuses as Chollerton, Birtley, Whiteside or Thockrington. She was the daughter of Michael and Elizabeth Atkinson and in 1861 was living with her parents at Shillafield where her father was a farmer of 56 acres. In 1859 she married Henry Milburn a labourer from Bellingham. Most of her married life was spent in houses in the Hartburn and Cambo areas where her husband worked as a stonewaller and mason. They had four children. Her death was registered in Morpeth in the second quarter of 1913 in Morpeth. She was 73 years old.
